DireCtQuant DNAQ reagent is a fluorescent DNA stain for easy quantitation of DNA content in samples prepared with DireCtQuant 100W, DireCtQuant 100ST or DireCtQuant 100D.
Unlike mRNA or protein levels of the reference genes, DNA level is stable and is proportional to the number of cells in the sample. This makes it an ideal benchmark for reliable sample normalisation.
